Matthew Brendan Webb, aged 56, departed from this world unexpectedly on October 10, 2023, after a battle with illness. Affectionately known as Brendan to his friends and family, he was born on August 17, 1967, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born to Pat and Jerry Webb.
Brendan was a devoted lifelong fan of the LSU Tigers, a connoisseur of music, and a skilled guitar player. He was also a passionate lover of sailing, finding solace and joy in the open waters. At the time of his passing, he was a loyal member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, and he had deep gratitude for the church's ministries.
Brendan is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Webb, but he leaves behind a loving family. He is survived by his mother, Pat Webb; brother, Stephen Webb; sister-in-law, Caroline; and his adored nephews, Benjamin and Grant. His loyal fur-companion, Max, also held a special place in his heart.
Brendan was a resilient fighter who courageously navigated through challenging circumstances with quiet determination.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11:00 am at St Luke's United Methodist Church 3471 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77027.
In memory of Brendan, donations in his honor would be greatly appreciated for the Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome Association (CVSA) in lieu of flowers. Condolences may be offered at www.millerfuneral.com
