Anne , am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He and went to high school together and just recently reconnected. Am sorry I did not have the chance to get to know him better as an adult. I have fond memories of him as a wonderful, quiet but caring man. Good bye Mike, you will be missed!

Dear Anne and all of Mike's loved ones: My deepest sympathies for your great loss. I worked at the Chronicle and from the moment I met Mike he befriended me. He went out of his way to say hello whenever he could and included me in his many gatherings of his dear friends. He was a good, good man and I am saddened that he is gone. My prayers are with all who loved Mike.
