Dear Lucille and Family.

It was with much sorrow that I heard about Mike's death. Even though we did not see each other too often, I felt very close to him. I shall never forget when Mike and Oscar Wilenzik came to visit here in Atlanta. That was a long time ago, but I remember the time with great pleasure. I think they were probably in medical school and had some time off. I also remember the tour Mike gave me of Charity Hospital when I visited New Orleans. Please accept my sincerest condolences to you and your family. Love, Helen (Goldman) Alperin

Dear Goldberg family:

I have many wonderful memories of you coming to visit Lisa at college, and then treating all of her friends to a sumptuous brunch! I felt like one of YOUR kids whenever I saw you - you always cared what ALL of us were up to. Thank you for making all of us feel so special.

Love,

Gail (Lisa's WU friend)

Dr Goldberg was the best!! I drove from Conroe with both of my children in the 1970s just to see Dr Goldberg. His office was always crowded and his schedule tight, but he would find time for you. That big smile of his would put you at ease as soon as he entered the room. Dr Goldberg was the best!!

Dear family of our dearest Dr. Goldberg: This wonderful man ministered to both my children, Stephen Daniel and Dana Sue beginning in 1966 and even as late as 1984 when my son was 18 and needed "serious medical assistance". I took him to Dr. Goldberg who helped us through the crisis and called to check on him. The best thing I remember about Dr. Goldberg was his ability to include the mother of the child in his diagnosing. He would even call me Dr. Heaton and ask my advice. He was loving and kind and his smile always geniune. He even sent me down the hall one day when he said I was sicker than my child. He was great! I will always remember him and his devoted wife and their service to children. Thank you for this opportunity to send heartfelt condolences to his family and relate this tribute to all who will read it.

Most sincerely,

Brenda Heaton and family

I sure will miss him. I had since great memories of going to see the Doctor when I was little. To Mrs. Goldberg it was always great to see her at the desk also when I went.

I am know 44 yrs old. He even did my husband & my blood tests when we where married. We have been married 23 years now. Even 2 granddaughters.

Sincerly,
