Michael Barrett Williams passed away on May 7, 2024 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Michael is survived by his wife Felicity and daughter Penelope and their large extended family. Michael will be remembered for his loving heart, generosity and dry sense of humor. Special recognition goes out to Belinda and Billy Williamson for their unwavering support and love. Michael often said he could not have done this without his loving wife and sister-in-law Belinda's help. Michael was a devoted animal lover and his dogs and cat provided great comfort during his cancer journey. Michael and Felicity had a large circle of friends that helped him keep perspective and his spirits high. The list is too numerous to name here but you know who you are. The family can not express their appreciation strongly enough. Services will be held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 8601 Chimney Rock Rd., Houston on June 1st at 10am. A lifelong Star Wars and science fiction fan Michael passed on that love to his daughter Penelope. The services will be Star Wars themed in Michael's memory.

Loving you taught me many things. Life is short. You don't get a do-over. Let your heart lead you where it wants to. Don't ever make a decision based on fear. In fact, if it scares you, that's the thing you should run fastest toward, because that's where real life is. In the scary parts. In the messy parts. In the parts that aren't so pretty.
Dive in and take a swim in all the pain and beauty that life has to offer, so that at the end of it, you don't have any regrets. We only come this way once. Our obligation for receiving the miraculous gift of life is to truly, fully live it.

Michael was a great co-worker and friend and always welcoming and willing to teach/mentor a young me, when I joined the same company a decade ago. I will always remember our conversations from just running into each other in the halls and at company events.

Mike was one of the kindest, most generous men I´ve ever known. He loved Dee and Penny with all his heart and was a huge, positive influence in his nephews Rickey and Levi. We loved him and will miss him terribly.
