Dear Doize Family - I am so sorry to learn of Nick's passing. I am very grateful I was able to meet him after the soccer game several years ago....he had an amazing spirit and was so full of life. I pray God holds you and keeps you during this difficult time. You remain in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you all.

I received a prayer request email today in regards to your son, Nick and did some research and learned of his passing. I am so very sorry for your loss and my prayers go out to his family and friends. I have to say that God works in mysterious ways...as I am 12 days out from participating in the Dallas White Rock Marathon & Relay event...running for the Leukemia and Lymphoma's Society Team in Training program. We've been training for the past four months. I along with my husband and my 15 year old niece (a soon-to-be 15 year ALL survivor herself) will be doing the 26.2 mile relay event. Your son Nick will be on my prayer list that day as I run my 10 mile leg. God bless you!

Dear Doize Family,
I work only very peripherally with Jeff, but have recently become a parent myself and cannot imagine the depth of your grief. Hopefully, there is some tiny bit of comfort in believing that your family has lost a son on this side, but gained an angel on the other side.

Dear Jeff, Jodie, Dayna and family. No words can console your grief, nor help you to understand the mystery of Nick's passing from this world, too soon. We can only pray that you and your family will be blessed with the special grace of acceptance, as you mourn the loss of your beloved son, sibling, grandchild, nephew, cousin and friend. He was indeed an angel amongst us and he will continue to bless you with his eternal presence in your lives. We pray that your pain will lighten with every passing day, that Nick's memory and legacy will never fade, and that his pain and suffering will not have been in vain. God bless all of you. Dear Doize Family, a prayer request reached my email today for your wonderful son Nick. Sent by so many, it reached me requesting that I, along with many of my friends, pray for him. Nick doize was an amazing person. He was the kindest and most hard-working person I ever knew. I have no doubt that his soul will live on in heaven forever. I am so glad to have known him and I will remember his determination and compassion.

Jeff, Jodie, and Dayna - I am so sorry for your loss! I never met Nick but was kept up to date on his battle thru the updates from Jeff and Terry. He fought a grown man's battle with the most incredible courage, perseverance, and determination. I hope you find comfort in all the memories, pictures, videos, and time you had with Nick. Jeff, Jodie, and Dayna. I will always remember the last time I saw Nick, when he was playing golf at Cinco Ranch with Jeff and they pulled up to our house in their cart to say hi and have a quick frisbee throw with our dog. Nick looked like a mini Tiger Woods that day, with an equally big smile as Tiger's. We will miss him.
