Patricia Hijazi Memoriam
03/21/1935 - 09/03/2023
Patricia "Pat" Hijazi passed away on September 3rd in Denver, Colorado, at the age of 88.
Born to Irvin and Theresa Wolf on 21 March, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan, Pat attended the University of Michigan and UCLA and earned a degree in Political Science.
Pat joined the US Foreign Service and was posted to Kuwait. While in Kuwait, Pat met her late husband, Ahmad Hijazi (1926-2009), raised 4 children and remained in Kuwait for 20 years. She returned to the US in 1976 where she lived in Texas and Colorado. Always near family and always a tennis fan.
She is survived by her four children, Nadia, Dina, Tarik and Jenan, her son in law, Martin, daughter in law, Lesley, and six grandchildren Trevor, Gavin, Peyton, Charlotte, Fintan and Piper, all of whom loved her dearly.
We miss you, Mama.

I am so sad to read about Pat. I am a friend from Briargrove Park (Houston). Liff Greer and I played tennis with Pat and went on a couple of trips together. We loved Pat so much and hated when she and Ahmed moved. I got in touch with your mom about 2 years ago (??). Pat was in Colorado then. Liff and Pat were partners for a long time and we were so happy to get in touch and talk to Pat. Liff passed away just this last March 2023. She was diagnosed with lung cancer 6 years ago and fought it like the strong person she was. We loved your father (Ahmed) and your mom so much. Lots of great memories.
