1956-2015
Patrick Francis Callahan, 59, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015. He was born May 13, 1956 in Abilene, KS to parents, Ella Jo & Garold Callahan.
Patrick is survived by his lifelong partner of 18 years, Tom Chisholm; mother, Ella Jo Callahan; sister, Theresa Callahan; aunt, Marcella McMahon; and a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Patrick's name to Patrick's favorite charity, Avondale House at www.avondalehouse.org. He worked there when he came to Houston.
