My deepest condolences to the family. I was a classmate of Patsy's during high school. I always admired her, and I am deeply shocked and saddened by her passing. Though the time we spent together was brief, and even though we did not have much contact following graduation, knowing Patsy enriched my life. I will always cherish my fond memories of her.

To the family of Patsy Green Rice: Please accept my condolences for your loss. Patsy and Virginia (Helms) and Jan (Curtis) were life long friends and continued to always keep in touch after graduating from North Shore. I admired their friendship immensely. She was truly another "sister" to them both. I always admired her beauty inside and out and believed her to be one of the sweetest human beings I have ever known. God is holding her in his arms and cherishing her in Heaven. We will always cherish her here on earth. Elaine Helms/Austin, TX

I knew Patsy when she was a teenager. She was the only non-family member who ever babysat my first son. I thought she was a delightful and courteous girl - not to mention the cutest around. I feel great sorrow for her family who have lost her. May God bless you all.

I just heard of this tragic news from Butch Javellana and my heart sank. We grew up with Patsy and went to North Shore together. She was so beautiful and always sweet and kind to everyone. I send my heartfelt sympathy to her family and hope they will have only wonderful memories of this beautiful angel who was so loved by everyone.

Connie Donnelly Everitt just let me know about Patsy. I send my heartfelt condolescences to Barbra and Family! Patsy was a special girl; so beautiful and sweet. I remember her smile and wonderful personality. She always treated everyone with such kindness. Having just lost Jimmy, the love of my life, my heart truly goes out to her family. Jimmy and Patsy (and all our loved ones) are in a wonderful place now and we are all blessed to have had the time with them that God allowed. I had the opportunity to visit with Patsy at the North Shore "30th" Class Reunion for "Class of '65" and will always cherish her memory!

Barbara and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and the rest of Pasty's family. You have been blessed to have shared your life with a sweet sister and now you have precious memories to reflect on and to share with her children and grandchildren. I ran into your mom a few years back as we were both getting the oil changed in our cars. She was beaming with joy as she talked mostly about you and Patsy and your family's. What beautiful women all of you were, both inside and out! Although I know your heart is broken I know our Father in heaven will carry you through your grief. My prayer's and thoughts are with you.

May God bless and comfort you alway!

I was so sorry to hear about Patsy. Like many of her class mates I was able to visit with her for a few minutes at our 40th class reunion. It was wonderful that she was able to attend even though it was apparent it was a physical challenge. To you her family please know you are being remembered in my thoughts and prayers.

This comes as such a shock. How lucky I feel to have seen Patsy one last time at our 40yr. class reunion.
I was head twirler when Patsy first became a high school twirler at North Shore. What a beautiful girl and a wonderful addition to our group. She was not only beautiful but smart, sweet and kind to everyone. This is a major loss to our small group of classmates.

To Patsy's family, my prayers are with you. Just be grateful that the Lord brought a person like Patsy into your life. I know I am.
