Paul's Momma - Erica Boston-Mathis

November 14, 2008

On behalf of Paul's sisters, his grandmothers, other family members and myself; no words can describe the loss of our "Prince."

For 28 years, Paul has been the light of our family; a shining star in a dark room. When he smiled or laughed you couldn't help but smile or laugh too. His charming personality and great sense of humor would cheer up the sadest person. For anyone who met Paul, met a friend for life; he was a lover, not a fighter.

This city nor world had not seen the best of Paul Boston, he had so much more to offer, to do, to see: his musical aspirations, his talent for drawings, his sense of style & flavor and of course his creative cooking. We will definately miss his nachos and spaghetti with ranch dressing. And of course that too sweet Kool-Aid.

My son Paul,
Every step I take - Every move I make - Every single day - Every time I pray - I'll be missing you.

Thinking of the day - When you went away - What a life to take - What a bond to break - I'll be missing you.

Love your Momma
(05/22/80 - Eternity)

Earth holds no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. To the entire Boston Family I give to you my deepest sympathy. Paul was a special type of person, Paul aways knew how to make you laugh. We loved Kashmere High School as a whole, and when you lose such a special person you can't help but to feel a void in your heart. In my christian walk i have learned "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". So Paul you take your rest and just know one of these old days we will all be there with you.

Although time has passed and people move on Your still my friend. May Prayers, Peace, and Blessings be bestowed on your family during this difficult time. Maybe we'll understand it better by and by!

May God comfort you in your time of sorrow. Tomorrow is another day, hold your head up, and be thankful, and know that your son is not gone, but his spirit lives on in you each and every day. Remember the good times that you shared together, for they will last a life time. Look at each day as a blessing, and know, that you are never alone, because your sons spirit lives and God, is holding him close, and he is saying don't weep for me. I'm alright just look for me in your dreams when you sleep at night, and I will be there, for the love that we shared lives on from day to day.

We Will miss you deeply cousin
