Phillip Lee "Phil" Mahan
10/21/1944 - 10/15/2025
Phillip Lee "Phil" Mahan, 80, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Born in Weleetka, Oklahoma, Phil moved to Borger, Texas, in 1949. He graduated from Phillips High School in 1963 and earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech. Phil married Mary Joe Krejci in 1968. Phil served in the US Army from 1969-1972. His 38-year career in the petrochemical industry included 20 years in Houston. Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Geneva and Vilas; his daughter, Christine Elizabeth; and his brother, Bruce. He is survived by his wife, daughter Diana, and grandchildren Jillian and Kyle. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, on October 21, 2025, at Porter Loring Mortuary - McCullough, San Antonio. Donations may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
