Mrs. Pugh, I was sorry to learn of Bob's death. I have been in parking for 24 years and used Automated Access at many different locations in Houston.

Sue, Bruce, and William,
I just looked at today's paper, and found the news of Bob's death. I am so very sad for all of you. We always enjoyed your family so much, but we have lost contact with all of you over the years.

Before I retired, I saw Bob in downtown Houston a few times and we stood on the street and talked for a bit. He was as pleasant as always.

I am so sorry that we did not know in time to attend visitation, and his service this morning. You have our deepest sympathy.
