May the family be comforted by Jesus' promise of seeing your dear loved one again. John 6:40.

Dear Rhoda: Funny how people cross paths for one reason or another in life. You never know why. Who knew sitting in the Temple Gift Shop all those years ago would seal our bond. You without any children and me who lost her mother so many years ago. We would sit there chatting about everything under the sun. All the adventures you had in your life. The good things and the not so good. It is nice to know you felt all-in-all your life was blessed. You sure did have a wicked sense of humor.
Boy-o-boy could your New York personality come out when you put your mind to something. You were such a headstrong women. Thank you for being brutally honest with me. I guess that is what made you who you were. I wonder if people really knew how extremely smart you were.
As you started aging and your health declined you would talk about being lonely and sad because you did not have any family. Yes you were thankful for your friends, but missed your mom and dad. Now you are finally with them. I think everything happens for a reason and you coming into my life was the best thing ever. I could never thank you enough because there is just nothing I can do in return. So I am going to thank you with a promise. I promise that I will never forget you. Rest in peace my special friend. I will miss you. Love Audrey
