I still have a vivid memory of Robert and Peggy with a patient and ever-watchful eye over those of us who tried to steal a kiss from one of their beautiful daughters. I regret not being able to attend the service as celebrating Roberts fruitful life should be something to cherish. My love is always with you all....

My dear friend Carolyn,

My deepest sympathy goes to your and your family. I still miss my own parents, who have both been gone for many years, and know how heavy your hearts are now. Be consoled by the fact that you all took the best care of him that you possibly could and that he left this earth loved and cherished by many. In the end that is the best possible legacy one can have.

When I remember Robert, I think of all of us going to Shakey's Pizza and having alot of fun, I think of sitting in the living room at your house and watching TV, and, for some reason, my fondest memory is of watching Peggy help Robert put on his jacket as he left for the office. I love you all heart and soul. I know how you feel; like I told Peggy, it's so weird when you lose someone you love so much. You are all in my heart and in my prayers.
