Robert Bradley Sisson, Sr.
1936-2017
Bob Sisson was born on June 7, 1936 and died from complications of Alzheimer's disease on March 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, William Mitchell and In-laws Jim and Joy Payne. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Katherine Payne Sisson; sons, Brad (Darcy); Berkley (Michelle), and Blake.
Grandsons, Trace, Payne, BJ, Bobby, Berkley, and Mitchell Sisson. Brother in law, Denny Payne (Mary). He was a member of Atascocita United Methodist Church and The Table Sunday School Class.
Bob was raised in Houston and graduated from Galena Park High School and South Texas Junior College. He served in the United States Marine Corps and always remained a proud Marine. He was Vice President and a founding partner of RMS Lighting, Inc.
Our family would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the management and staff of Autumn Grove Cottage for the kind and loving care he received during the 3 years he lived there. Especially to Hiawatha Warner his dear friend and caregiver.
A Memorial Service in Bob's memory will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 10:00 in the morning at Kingwood Funeral
Home, 22800 Hwy 59 N, Kingwood, TX. If desired, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Atascocita United Methodist Church, The Kingwood Memory Cafe (social group for early stage Alzheimer's), 4582 Kingwood Dr. Suite E339, Kingwood, TX 77345, or charity of your choice.
