Rosalyn McAllister Obituary

Rosalyn Reta "Rosie" (Thole) McAllister 63, of Tomball, TX, died April 28, 2014 with her family at her side.
She was born in Lansing, Michigan on February 6, 1951.
She graduated from Michigan State University, and was married to Larry McAllister.
She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, friend, and teacher. She retired from teaching math at Spring High School in 2011. She was a devoted movie and sports fan.
She is preceeded by her parents, Margaret and Francis Thole, and son Justin Christopher McAllister. She is survived by daughter Betsy McAllister Nolan and seven siblings: Richard "Joe" Thole, Mary Ann "Annie" Bazany, John Thole, Bill Thole, Mike Thole, Sue (Thole) Meyers, and Jim "Goober" Thole.
Funeral arrangements are being made by Flanner and Buchanan, Zionsville, IN. She will be laid to rest beside her son Justin.

Betsy,
I am truly sorry for your loss. I taught Justin at Westfield and taught with Rosie at Spring. She was a dedicated teacher and always spoke highly of you.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
