Manju, I recently learnt about the sad demise of my great teacher, mentor and professional colleague, Dr. Satish Jhingran. I had known him since 1975 when I began my Nuclear Medicine residency at Methodist Hospital under his valuable guidance and leadership. He was a great educator, friend and extremely helpful. I have very fond memories of my interactions with him at numerous annual Chapter and National meetings of the SNMMI. I am personally very greateful to him for what he taught me over decades and his recommendation to nominate me for the ACNM Fellowship. May God give your family strength and comfort to help you endure this loss. On behalf of Kamlesh and I, please accept our sincerest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May his noble soul rest in peace!
