To Jan & Family
I never had an opportunity to meet Sonya Gail; however I felt as though I knew her already. Through prayer and Bible readings I really came to know her and because we are sisters in Christ; I know that I already loved her and truly knew her in the spirit.
May God continue to keep you Jan, Brittanie, your parents and siblings.

To my great friend Sonya Gail (aka: chik-n-biskit)..... I will always carry a love for you deep in my heart and my soul. You are a special sister to me. I know that we are not blood, but in our world, you don't have to be blood to be family. You have truely touched my life in so many ways and many others as well. I can say that I always envied you during your life here on earth. But to have attended your service, not only helped me put closure to your resting, but also gave me a sense of even more envy. People say, how can that be? Well, for one person to be so loved, cherished while they sleep, I could only imagine how loved you truely were in life. The measurement of my love must be as small as a grain of salt compared to ALL COMBINED. You are one of the strongest women to ever cross my path and I truely thank God for that! Although your time on earth was short, I have realized that the Good Lord must've been short on GREAT ANGELS, that's why you had to leave us so quickly! I love you my dear friend....For now, I'll have to say "See you later, never goodbye...with all of my love, your Homefries :)

A separate note to my dear Brittnie. I know this is a challenging time for you, but know that there are many of us that think of you and truely care and love you. I know that you have such a wonderful bond with your Mom. You will carry her legacy, heart and soul within you forever. That is a gift in itself. My love and strenght are always with you, please feel free to call on me at anytime in your life. Love Always, Chandra (my cell is 832-563-1415)

To the Alexander Family: My heart grieves with you over the passing of Sonya Gail. Thank you for allowing me to share in your family's tender moments of Sonya's home going. We know that God's plan for the death of a loved one is not always easily identifiable to us who are still living but He, nonetheless, is Glorified. My heart was touched by the outpouring of LOVE that your family displayed, such that I’ve never known before, and I will be forever changed by this. I returned home with a renewed spirit and a humble and contrite heart!! It goes to show, even unto death, God continues to work in our lives. To the entire Alexander family, “May God continue to shower you with His Love, Grace, Peace and Mercy”.

Until we meet again...
Faithfully yours,

Willie May Milton

My dearest Sister, I thank God that you were an intricate part of our family and have left a lasting impression - not only to family - but to all who had the pleasure of meeting you. I miss you so much, BabyDoll! But, because of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I am assured that I will see you again. And when I do, you will be completely cancer-free AND pain-free. I'll meet you at the Sea of Glass where (together) we'll sing and shout "Hallelujah to The King of Kings!" Thank you, Sonya Gail, for the legacy of love you gave so freely to me, your sister, your friend, LadyBug! ;-)
