Dear Tom, Lauren and Melissa,

I know that you don't need to know how much Theresa was loved, but I think it is comforting to hear it. When Tom married Theresa, she was a bright light in our family. My dad (Uncle Dick) thought the world of her, we all loved her and enjoyed being around her. When I would come home from Ohio once a year, we would talk and it was like I never left. She had the most amazing smile and ability to make anyone she was having a conversation with feel like they were the only one in the room. She was always attentive to you girls and not an hour would go by that she didn't take the opportunity to smooch you! We all will miss Theresa. I think of her everyday and hope that she's watching over all of us.

Dearest Lauren, Melissa, and Makenzie, Mom and I talked on Sunday and expressed our love for one another as always. I promised Mom that she would never be forgotten by any of us and that she will always be in our thoughts and prayers. She was and always will be a wonderful Mom and Grandmother, and wife.
Love Always,
Daddy

Theresa and I were close friends as teenagers. She was sweet, loving, smart, sassy and oh so funny. I got to visit with her after her surgeries and met her beautiful daughters and new baby granddaughter. She loved her family so much! Deepest sympathies to Lauren and Melissa and all of Theresa's family.

To love Theresa was so easy and so rewarding and the love she returned is a blessing I will always treasure. The Police Department gave me a beautiful and special friend. Her smile, laughter, confidence, precious voice, courage and faith will forever be in my heart. We are blessed to have a loving angel watching over us. To Theresa's family you are in my prayers. God bless you.

How is it that we are allowed to reside on earth but for a short time and then just as quickly, we enter into Eternity forever? --- a place where not enough is known of or spoken about until a loved one goes home. It is a certainty that Theresa has entered Eternity with her God and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her presence in The Throne Room was no doubt met with great applause that she is home.

I was honored to have known her and look forward to seeing her again soon.

I was very fortunate to know and work with Teresa. She was always very kind and understanding to every one whose life she touched. I was deeply saddened first to learn of her illness, then of her passing. She will be truly missed. God Speed Teresa. To her family, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Theresa, you were one of the kindest and most caring women I knew. You and I had a mutual friend and I thank you for helping him and being there for him. I had a great respect for you. I am sad you were sick, but I know you are in heaven singing with the angels now. I only found out you had been ill about an hour ago, or I would have been in touch with you. Your kind, soft, sweet, tender voice will be missed. Prayers and Blessings, Sharon Hocut , HPD Personnel and ID

Our love is sent in your time of sorrow. Teresa was a wonderful person, a joy to be around. She was as bright as the sunshine, that brought warmth and love to those who surrounded her. I met Teresa when she married, Tom, my huband's best friend. I only wish we could have shared more memories together. May god bring you girls comfort and may the beautiful memories of your mom forever linger.

Lauren and Melissa,
We are so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a wonderful person and a great inspiration for you both. I had the pleasure to know her as a coworker and a friend. Everyone who worked with her loved her spirit, sense of humor, and her generosity. I was so happy when she married one of my closest and dearest friends, your dad. We will always remember what a fun time we had when you all came to California to visit us. I know how much you will miss her; but be comforted in knowing what rich memories you will always have of her.
Sincerely,
Linda, Mike, Lindsey, and Jenna Fostinis
