Thornwell Kleb Obituary

THORNWELL KLEB born Sept. 21, 1922, passed away March 29 2004. He was a lifelong member of the Klein Community and Trinity Lutheran Church, member of the Spring Creek Historical Society and Museum, local Model A and Studebaker Clubs, the Texas Soil Conversation Society, lifelong dairy farmer, active in several community organizations and also interested in preserving the history of the Klein Community. Thornwell is preceded in death by his wife Lillie C. Kleb. Survived by his daughter and son-in-law Pebble and Danny Bolton, sons and daughters-in-law David and Nan Kleb, Taylor and Teresa Kleb and by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 7-9 PM Wednesday at the Klein Funeral Home in Tomball. Funeral Services to be held 1 PM Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Trinity Lutheran Church 18926 Klein Church Road Klein, TX with Rev. Roy Kieschnick officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Crown of Texas Hospice Louisiana-Pacific Tower 100 Interstate 45 North, Suite 240 Conroe, TX 77301.

Mr Kleb was always a delight to see. He always had something new in his collection, and a story to go with it. We will miss him.
