Vickie Kay Poe was born on October 18, 1961. She went to join our Lord on July 1 at the age of 52.
Vickie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Poe; & brother, Danny Poe.
Vickie is survived by her sons, Justin (April), Anthony, and Cody Opray; grandsons, Michael, and Dylan Opray; mother, Anita Poe; sisters, Gay Annette (Ross), & Alma; 4 nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Vickie is resting and loved by many.
Services will be held on Mon, July 7 at 2pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose.

Sister, I have a lot of memories that I will never forget. You fought hard to beat the cancer and I'm very proud of you. I miss you soooo much. You an Me...Sister. That will never change. Till we can be together again, dance and smile and light up heaven. God Bless You. You will forever be in my heart.

I was a childhood friend with Vickie. We had a great time growing up on Lilac Blossom Lane. We rode bikes and skated. I even remember when her dad worked at A&W in Los Gatos and we would get dill pickle chips out of big tubs in the garage. Mary Salsbery Friend. The Salsbery family (Dave, Jean, Duane, Mary, Sally and Betty) send our love to Anita and the family during this time of loss. Hugs to all!

I was a childhood friend with Vickie. I remember going in her garage and getting pickles out of big buckets when her dad worked at A&W in Los Gatos. We would ride bikes up and down Lilac Blossom Lane and roller skate. I was one year ahead of her in school. I have often wondered what happened after school but it sounds like she had a full life!
