Virginia Levitt Obituary

VIRGINIA B. LEVITT was born January 22, 1916 in Ft. Stockton, Tx. She passed away on September 14, 2007, after a short illness. She was a retired teacher for H.I.S.D, a lifetime member of the Republican Party and was privileged to personally meet five presidents. A Houston resident for most of her life, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Jack Levitt, Sr., son Jack Levitt, Jr., her mother Valma Boon and brother John Boon, Jr. Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery

Virginia Levitt was a wonderful friend, mother-in-law, and a great influence in my life for 45 years. I will always remember the good times. Her sense of humor and sharp mind were admirable. Virginia will always be in my heart and fondest memories.
