I was honored to be there when my father passed away. I had the honor of reading to him from his bible some of his favorite verses as he made the transition to be with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. He is out of pain and in a much better place now, I know I will see him again some day!!

I love ya' Pop and I miss you!!

Dear Judith,

I had the opportunity to visit with Wayne 6 months ago or so at the Cy-Fair Surgical Center. I had taken a friend there for a procedure and I believe you were having some sort of procedure done also. It was so nice to visit with Wayne....I worked with him in the 70's, 80's and 90's at McEvoy, Cameron and for a short time while at Kvaerner. He was telling me about his cancer but was so upbeat and happy and truly was ready to go home to the Lord if that be His will. He spoke very lovingly of you....I'm sorry you were already in your test and I didn't get to meet you. My prayers are with you and your family while you grieve the loss of your husband, your friend.

It was an honor to have been an acquaintance of Wayne. He was one of the sweetest, most gentle men I've ever met. It is our loss for now, one day we will rejoice with him in the Glory of our Risen Lord.

Peace be with you.
