William Ciminelli Obituary

Billy Ciminelli, 90, of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on April 2, 2023. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Houston in the 1970's.
While in Brooklyn, Billy served honorably for four years in the United States Navy. He went on to serve as Administrator of Rice University's School of Business for twenty years.
An accomplished pianist, Billy often played his piano over the phone for his family to enjoy. Billy was known for his love of family, his wonderful smile, his jokes, his voracious appetite, and walking with R.C., his canine companion. He chatted with his neighbors each day, and most importantly he shared his love of life and compassion with all who knew him.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother and father, Nicholas and Eleanor, his brother, Jack, and his sister, Jane. He is survived by his 9 nieces and nephews and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews as well as numerous friends both near and far.

I am so sad to hear about Bill's passing. I grew up across the street from Bill and he was a super friend and will be greatly missed.
