William Pratt Stewart, 76, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026. He was born on December 31, 1949, in London, England.
William is survived by his beloved wife, Jo; a devoted sister; three daughters and a son; eleven cherished grandchildren; two nephews; and many dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.
A civil engineer and naval architect, William proudly described himself as "a good one"-a sentiment shared by all who worked alongside him. Gifted with both mind and hands, he loved building, fixing, and creating, and found his greatest peace while sailing, where he felt most at home.
Known for his kindness, patience, gentle humor, and quiet strength, William lived with integrity and a deep Christian faith. He showed love through his actions and left behind a lasting and meaningful legacy.
The family will have a Memorial Service Saturday, Feb 07, 2026 at Rosewood Funeral Home- Atascocita. 17404 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Humble, TX 77346.
