Klein, Howard J.

Howard J. Klein, age 85, of 8803 Co Rd. K, Whitelaw, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at his residence.

Howard was born January 26, 1928 in Two Rivers, son of the late Arthur and Josephine (Hutchinson) Klein. On August 8, 1953, he married Elaine Ruelle. She preceded him in death May 20, 1977. On November 8, 1980, he married Marjorie A. Jacob in Leona. She preceded him in death on January 8, 1997. Howard was employed at Formrite Tube Co. in Two Rivers. He enjoyed working on small engines, cars, and bicycles. Family was most important to him, especially Jeff and all his activities. He enjoyed his two dogs "Stanley" and "Sammy".

Survivors include two sons: Jeff Klein, Manitowoc; John Klein, Two Rivers; three grandchildren: Suzanna, Robert and Robin; one sister: Bernice Mason, Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Willard and Rosie Klein, Cecil; Dale and Karen Klein, Syracuse, IN; and his special little angels: Steig, Lillyan and Cyrus. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Klein; two sisters: Alvina Long, Darlene Klein; and two brothers: Norman Klein and Jerry Klein.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2013, at The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, June 17, 2013, at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.
