We shall miss seeing the pleasant smile, cheerful greeting, and friendly caring that we knew we'd receive from our friend.

We shall miss her in writing class with her poetic descriptive stories she wrote.

Yes we shall miss her. Goodbye dear friend.

Sorry that I can't be with family in Manitowoc today. It has definitely been a pleasure to get re-acquainted with Lorene in the past several years. We didn't write often but I always enjoyed her positive notes and letters. She will be missed.

To the family of Lorene
My husband and I live at Walnut Ridge. I am in a state of shock at the news of her death. Although I did not know her well, she and I developed a special relationship. She was always so sweet and had such a lovely smile. I was so privileged to be her guest at the birthday dinner that was held here this month. I was so surprised at the invitation but she told me she always enjoyed me and was thankful for the times that I played the piano at the chapel here on Sundays. She was special and I will miss seeing her here. May God, your family and friends sustain you during this difficult time. Fondly, Cheryll Hughes
