Wayne D. Kaminski

Manitowoc - Wayne D. Kaminski, age 78, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Wayne was born on July 2, 1942 in Manitowoc. He was the son of the late Daniel and Gladys Hermann Kaminski. Wayne attended Lincoln High School and graduated with the class of 1960. He continued his education at Lakeland College studying music. After his schooling Wayne followed his passion for music in various areas ultimately becoming the organist and choir director at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Wayne was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

He is survived by one brother, Ronal (Christine "Sally") Kaminski, Manitowoc, one sister, Carol Kaminski and her significant other Sherry Watson, Eugene, Oregon, brother-in-law, Jim Clark, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Gladys Kaminski and one sister, Sharon Clark.

Graveside services led by Deacon Alan Boeldt will be held for relatives and friends at Evergreen Cemetery, 2221 Michigan Avenue, Manitowoc, at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2021. Those planning to attend will meet at the front entry to Evergreen Cemetery on North 18th Street at 1:20 p.m. and process to the graveside at that time. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel in Manitowoc.
