Andrew Shepard Obituary

Andrew Shepard
April 19, 1983 - April 28, 2017
Andrew Shepard entered into God's Loving Arms on April 28, 2017.
He was born on April 19, 1983 to Merle and Monica Shepard in Caldwell, ID. He grew up in Nampa and attended Nampa schools. Andy enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to go golfing fishing, and out to the movies. He enjoyed watching a good NFL game but absolutely loved watching his Washington Redskins. Andy was a true friend, fun loving and a hard worker. Andy was very protective of his family and friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand when anyone needed him. He was kind, strong, caring, thoughtful and sincere.
He is survived by his parents; two children, Alexander and Hailey; two brothers, Merle and Derrick; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Merle, Sr. and Mabel Shepard and Louis and Marlene Archuleta.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Rest in peace my sweet son.
The family will greet family and friends at a viewing and visitation at 1:00 P.M. Friday May 5, 2017 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M. Friday May 5, 2017 at the Nampa Funeral Home. An online guestbook is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com.

Merkel and Monica Derrick and little Merle, Alex and Hailey,

I am so very sorry...there are no words. I just wanted you to know even though we are no longer family I am thinking of you and feel your loss. Very tragic and way too soon. It should never of happened. I pray somehow you are able to find peace and justice in all of this even though your lives will be forever changed and have something always missing...i am sure he is in grandma Marlene's arms...may that bring you some comfort.
God be with you all to comfort you and bring peace.
