Bob Busch Obituary

Caldwell - Bob Busch (79) of Caldwell passed away on Monday, February 19th. Bob worked in the law enforcement field most of his adult life, including the Canyon County Sheriff's Department, Caldwell Police Department and finally retiring as a U.S. Marshall out of the Boise Marshall's Office. One of his proudest accomplishments was becoming a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate in 1995. He was also an avid weight lifter his entire life. Bob was a huge animal lover and we lost count of how many stray cats he housed and fed over the years. Friends used to call him Noah as every stray seemed to go toward the glowing light hovering over the Busch house. Bob is survived by his wife of 33 years, Becky, Sons Jason of Tucson, Az.; Jeremy (Beth) of Beaverton, Or.; Daughter Jamie (Rylin) of Caldwell, and Grandson Kyler of Springfield, Or., whom he loved to match wits with over a very competitive game of Monopoly.

Per Bob's request, there will be no service as he didn't want a "big to-do" made over him. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the West Valley Humane Society, Caldwell.
