James Morgan was born October 23, 1974 in Hazard, Kentucky. James passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Seattle Washington. He was 49 years old. James had been a resident of Washington for the past 25 years. James was residing in Lacey, Washington at the time of his death. James had a very distinguished military and employed career. He served honorably in the United States Army, served in the Army Reserve & was employed at the Madigan Army Medical Center.
James is preceded in death by his beloved parents and cherished grandparents. He leaves the following relatives surviving, one cherished sister, Eliza Ellen Pace Wooton & Larry of Hyden, KY., two beloved brothers, Tony Wooton and Robin of Hyden, KY, Tommy Wooton of Hiram, Georgia, loving & devoted companion, Sylvia Aponte, Lacey, Washington, a family that loved him as their own, David, Salelia & Andrea Kilburn, and a host of treasured nieces & nephews.
