We have a cabin in Round Valley next to Gene's. We became great friends at that time. We did so enjoy our times together and getting to know the family. Our childern and his were about the same age so that made it great fun for them to play together there.
I lost my husband Gary in 2004, and have thought often of the memories we all had up there.
May our Loving Heavenly Father comfort and watch over you all at this time. Peggy Birkinbine and family. Brad, Bryan and Brooke Boise, and Round Valley, ID

I got to know Gene while working with him at the Tyson facility. He was an all around great guy, with a huge heart that helped people in so many ways when they needed it most. My family's thoughts and prayers go out to the Ritchie family during this trying time. Gene has left an honest positive mark on this earth and it was a pleasure to have known him.
