Joanie...Carol and I are sorry for your loss of Bill. I enjoyed many rounds of golf with Bill and appreciated his perspective when working on legislative issues. He talked often of you and of course of all of his family. Certainly a modern gentleman with professional leadership skills. We will miss Bill. Roger and Carol Seiber

We were crushed to lose our beloved friend, Bill who shared his and Joanie's time with us in Desert Crest Country Club, California. Our lives 'Sparkled' when Joan and Bill arrived from Idaho each fall. Boy, did we have some good laughs, good meals out, and all 'round sweet times when together. There is a big hole in this community as we now are reduced to 'Memories' of Bill. Much Love to you, Joan from us. Hope you can come down this way again!

What a loss. Bill was exactly what is best in a public servant: kind and considerate, good-humored, smart and knowledgeable, and always focused on what was best for his fellow citizens. He was a man who loved his family and friends. His impact will be felt for a long time.
