Blake Dockstader Obituary

Blake D. Dockstader
PRESTON - Blake Douglas Dockstader, 48, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at Caribou Memorial Hospital in Soda Springs, Idaho.
He was born September 25, 1961, in Preston, Idaho, to Douglas and Roma Bergquist Dockstader.
Blake served in the military in the United States Air Force and the United States Army. He was an appliance repairman for Darrel's Appliance for many years. He enjoyed collecting guns, hunting and was an avid reader.
He is survived by his father, Douglas (Geneal) Dockstader, of Soda Springs, Idaho; sisters, Melanie (Steve) Jones, Soda Springs, Idaho, Lisa (Kelly) Stephens, of Ivins, Utah, Stephanie (Tyler) Nelson, of Soda Springs, Nickole (Bill) Mullen, of Soda Springs; and brothers, Darrin (Trish) Dockstader, of Soda Springs, and Scott Dockstader of Kingman, Ariz.; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Roma Dockstader, a sister, Shelly Dockstader, and his grandparents, Grant and Virgia Dockstader.
Services will be held Saturday, October 31, 2009, at noon in the Preston Cemetery. A viewing will be held for family and friends from 11 to 11:45 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 East Oneida in Preston. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.

We are so sorry to learn of the passing of Blake. The last time we saw him, he was probably not much more than 2 years old. Our son, Rex, is about 6 weeks younger than Blake. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Uncle Leon and Aunt Lucille Bergquist

My name is Marilynn Howard. My mother, Eleise Bergquist Smith, was Blake's mother's sister (Roma Bergquist Dockstader). Although I did not know Blake or his mother, I wanted to express my condolences to his family at his passing. My mother passed away eight years ago, but I know she held a special place in her heart for her sister Roma and her children. She would want to express her condolences as well. May your memories bring you comfort.
