Jessie Conner informed me of Jim's death otherwise I wouldn't know of it. My Father Lewis J. Rossiter was a step-brother of Jim's father Ralph. My mother Florence corresponded with Jim's parents very little so I didn't really know the Idaho family. Jim was nice enough to write my mother over the years but they never met. My mother died in January of this year at 99. I was very pleased to find this obituary. I am married to a Japanese/American translator who works in New York City. I have a brother Jim (ex-police officer) who lives in Carbondale, IL. My brother is 70 and I am 64. My condolences and best wishes to all the Rossiter
family out west.
