Aunt Neva will remain a special person in my life. I remember her putting three rows of ringlets in my hair,as a small child. But most recently it was going over to her house and helping where I could with what she needed. I know some of you have seen a particular picture she just had to snap.
My love to the family, know that I too miss her.

For my baby sister, Neva Marie:
I first saw Neva when she was two days old. A nurse walked by carrying this baby with black hair and a little round face. Daddy said, "That is your baby sister." Some of the things I remember about Neva was when she was about 18 months old, and someone put real boxing gloves on her. They were so big and heavy that when she walked, they hung to the floor. When she was about three, I saw her standing on a chair in front of a mirror patting her hair saying, "I'm so pretty I can hardly stand it." I also remember bathing her in the kitchen sink. She splashed everything and everybody. I moved away and she grew up to be a pretty and happy girl. She bought her house and was having the time of her life fixing it up. She needed a rug for her bedroom, so she painted one and even painted a fringe on it. We laughed about that. She was so creative and so happy. No one loved her more than her five sons and her siblings; for you see, she was, and will always be, my very loved baby sister.
