I am saddened to hear that Nick is no longer with us. He started out as our attorney back in 2014 then again in 2000 and recently he was helping us with a case for my grandbaby.
The first time we met I overheard him mentioning Ririe. I knew that he had to know our family being from such a small town. My mother Linda McMurtrey grew up there and my grandmother and grandfather McMurtrey were there all their lives.
Needless, to say that my mother and Nick would get side tracked reminiscing about family and friends from Ririe. I felt like through all of our interactions we became like the familiar sense of family. It breaks my heart to now know our visit was our last one. Until we meet again Nick. Condolences to the family for losing a wonderful man. We'd like to be present at the funeral. I'll keep checking back. Laura Neary
