Robert 'Bob' Taylor Sanders 
POCATELLO - Robert "Bob" Taylor Sanders, 53, Pocatello resident, passed away at his home following a long illness on February 18, 2008. 
He was born November 2, 1954, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Floyd Bernell and Mildred Ruth Taylor Sanders. Robert graduated from Pocatello High School and attended Idaho State University. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. 
Bob married Lynne Ann Davies on November 28, 1985, in Pocatello. 
He worked as a letter carrier for the Unites States Postal Service. He belonged to the National Association of Letter Carriers.
Bob loved people. He was very a very generous and caring person. Among his hobbies, he enjoyed antique shopping.
Bob is survived by his wife, Lynne, of Pocatello; children, Justine Sanders of Wichita, Kansas, Robert "Bobby" Sanders of Pocatello, and Benjamin "Vito" Sanders of Pocatello; siblings, Dayle (Gary) Dickhaut of Arbon, Michael (Susan) Sanders of Pocatello, Cindy (Paul) Middleton of Twin Falls, and John Bradley (Marj) Sanders of Japan. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Cherie Rae Sanders.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2008, at Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave. Military rites with the Pocatello Veterans Honor Guard will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Section 52 West.
