Uncle Ed, there is no way that your spirit isn't still with us. You are too full of love, adventure, and family. You may have left your earthly body but I know you are with everyone blessed enough to have you in their lives. Your departure feels too soon for me, but I trust that we will all be reunited in time. What an amazing example of husband, father, grandfather, US Military, citizen, man you taught us. I will be forever grateful.
To all our West Coast Family, celebrate Uncle Ed's life. You have one another. Find joy and comfort in whatever form it presents. You have so much love. Missing you all at this hard time.
