Jamie Taylor Obituary

Jamie Lee Taylor passed away at a far too young age of 22 in a tragic car accident on November 26, 2010. Jamie was born on the 16th of September, 1988 at Saint Luke's Hospital in Boise Idaho. She grew up in Eagle Idaho where she attended school at Eagle Hills Elementary, Eagle Middle and Eagle High School, where she graduated in 2007. Following High School she attend college in Portland Oregon, later returning back to her home in Eagle to pursue her talents in cosmetology as a student at Paul Mitchell School of Beauty. She worked as a full time nanny while attending college, which was a perfectly fitting position, as she loved children. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She had a passion for art, music, cooking, children, dancing and any social event she could flutter in. Her eye for beauty was one of a kind and her creativity radiated in everything she did. Jamie' s bright smile will never be forgotten and her contagious laugh will never go unheard. Jamie was blessed by her far too short life here. Her spontaneity and free spirit allowed her to lead her life to the absolute fullest. Jamie always had a way of bringing people together with her insatiable taste for life and fun. She made it her mission to bring a smile to everyone's face and experience life as she did. Her friends are uncountable as with all of the lives she has touched. Jamie was survived by her loving parents Brad and Anita Taylor, her older sister, Roylynn Taylor, her grandparents Viola Wilcox, Mama Fern and Dr. Bob, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. A public viewing will be held from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1st. at Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm the 2nd of December 2010 at Eagle Christian Church, Eagle, Idaho. Flowers can be sent to Summers Funeral Home, Ustick Chapel.

Dear Taylor Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Jamie was such a trusting and caring provider to our kids who attended Marina's daycare where Jamie worked for awhile. We then followed her to beauty school where she cut our kids hair. She was always kind, happy and an all around wonderful person.

Jamie, you touched so many lives in your short time here. I still can't believe that I wont run into you at school or see you at a hair show or class. You had such passion and talent for what you did and I always admired you for that. The world lost an amazing artist and you were a friend to everyone who had the privilege of being around you. Even my clients said they always remembered you as the girl who was always smiling on the floor.

Jamie,
I will never be able to put into words how much you and your family mean to me. This world and I will never be the same without your beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Growing up together dancing to your favorite, Michael Jackson and a lil Bob Seger, hiding toilet paper in the back of your dads truck hoping he wouldnt find out(which he did), walking to Mickey D's for a Mcflurry everyday, going to church together I have so many amazing memories of you. You were always my biggest fan and are truly what every person would hope for in a best friend and more. Thank you for always having such a big heart and for always being there. I love you and your family so very much and will always cherish the memories we shared and the love you and your parents showed me. Brad, Anita and Roylynn you are like a second family and I am truly sorry. I love you Jamie Lee, rest in peace...Heaven has the most beautiful angel to watch over us now.
Your friend always,

Jaime, I just really can't believe this is true...you just texted me the other day. Words can't describe how truly amazing you really were. That laugh, that smile, that aura surrounding you. There was no being in a bad mood around you!!! There were so many times you made me laugh, but today the one that really sticks out is you squirting me in the back getting me soaking wet at the shampoo bowls. The look on your face still makes me giggle today! I couldn't even be mad at you it was so funny. Love ya girl! See ya on the other side....

I can't even begin to describe Jamie. She was one of the most beautiful girls inside and out that I've ever known. Every single memory I have with her was a happy one filled with laughter. I'll never forget the time she drove to Twin Falls to visit Danielle Bedigi and I at dance camp. She sneaked into our dorm room through our window and we all stayed up all night giggling our hearts out. Although it is so tragic to no longer have Jamie on earth with us, I know she is smiling down upon us all from heaven. I love you Jamie, thank you for always being an amazing friend. You'll be so dearly missed. RIP beautiful.

Everytime she walked in the room you felt her smile even if you had your back turned, she warmed up the room and brought all her love and joy with her. I will miss her dearly! I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie and her family through her "Aunt Tina" (my closest friend), years ago when I was living in Boise for a short time. My memories of Jamie are that she was always such a joy to be around and always laughing! Throughout the years, "Aunt Tina" has always kept me up to date with her family and how proud she was of her nieces and there achievments. I might be in California, but my heart and prayers are with all of you there in Boise, in this time for "Jamie". God Bless. Love, Cindy Dooley

Jamie was one of my best friends through most of Middle School and High School. Although we were not as close now, that does not change the sorrow I am feeling over her loss. I can't imagine what my life would have been like without Jamie in it. I am so grateful to have created so many cherished memories with her.
Jamie, you will forever hold a very special place in my heart. I love you.

You were my next door neighbor, you moved here as a little girl of 6, I watched you grow up into the beautiful young woman you are. Your smile just lit up the room, Jamie. A light went out when you left and we can never get you back.

I'm sitting here smiling over some of the memories you've given me. You were around 9 when you got in trouble a few times and I'd tattle to your parents. Didn't take you long before you figured that one out. You met me at the door one day "why do you wanna' talk to my mother? Are you gonna' talk about me?" :) :)

We love you, Jamie. I don't even have the words to tell you how much you are missed.

To the family: I did not know Jamie but I am a parent. There is no bond as great as that between a parent and child.
