1973 - 2017
Jason Ray Capen unexpectedly passed away on 1/17/17 in Emmett, ID where he resided for just over 4 years. He was born to Laura L. Sherrill and Raymond P. Capen on 12/13/73 in Tucson, AZ where he lived much of his life.
Jason is survived by his daughter Ciarra Renee Capen, mother Laura Sherrill, father Raymond Capen, brother David Capen and sisters Jennifer Reynolds and Elizabeth Farnsworth. His family and friends loved him dearly.
For 5 years Jason served in the U.S. Marine Corps with great honor, pride and dedication. While serving in the Marine Corps, Jason earned several awards and attained the rank of sergeant. He was greatly loved and respected by his fellow veterans.
Jason's family and friends will honor his memory on 1/30/17 at 2 p.m. in the Idaho St. Veterans Cemetery in Boise, ID.
