Somewhere, Jeff is making good souls laugh. I miss you, Jeff, my old friend.
God bless you, Linda and Frank.
To Jeff's children- I knew your father from age 9-21, then lost touch. Hearts don't change, and your Dad had as big a heart as anyone I've known.

I worked as Sergeant for the Homedale Police Department while Jeff was Sergeant at the Wilder Police Department. We often worked together assisting each others departments with various calls. Jeff and I had alot of laughs as well as serious conversations. I gained a tremendous amount of respect for him as he was a very good police officer. I spent 15 years in Law Enforcement and met few people that matched Jeff's drive and enthusiasm for the job. Jeff was the kind of officer I knew I could always count on when the chips were down. You will be deeply missed. Rest in peace my brother.

I am so sorry for this tragic loss. My heartfelt condolences go out to the whole family, particularly Jeff's children whom I know he loved with all of his heart. Jeff's silly sense of humor & Forrest Gump impersonations brought laughter and happiness to those of us lucky enough to have known him. This loss has greatly affected both me and Jeff's many friends at work, as he will be greatly missed.
