John Guy Alfred Pleau
1950 ~ 2019
John Guy Alfred Pleau, husband of Jacqueline Patrick Pleau, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at home in Jackie's arms. He was born November 13, 1950 in Montreal, Quebec and married Jackie in Montreal on November 8, 1975. Johnny came to this country legally in June 1977. His passion for motorcycles through the years made many true loyal friends. He found a career in tractor trailer driving including long haul, team, and city driving. He retired from Boise Trucking in 2012 and enjoyed the lifestyle of Idaho ever since. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jacqueline Patrick Pleau; dog, Casper; friends: Bill and Al; sister, Roselyn Traversy and nephews, Jonathan and Patrick Traversy of Quebec. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Hebert and father, Roger.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 8th at Meridian Cemetery, 895 E. Franklin Rd. in Meridian. Remembrances may be left for the family at www.AccentFuneral.com. Services are under the care of Accent Funeral Home and Cremation, Meridian.
