Whenever I see a screwdriver, I'll remember Joe. He worked with me in LaserJet and Edgeline days at HP. He was known for taking things apart so he could learn how they worked. He and his friend Steve would hand each other tools to the sound of "Doctor? Doctor!" I'll remember how kind he was when I found out I might have cancer. Gave me a card, that I still have, telling me it would be okay. His humor, enthusiasm, and love of fun is what I'll remember most. I pray he finds the peace that must have eluded him in his time of darkness.
To the family, I am sorry for your loss. He was loved by many.

To Joe's family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Joe was a great friend and co-worker. He was an inspiration to me and all the people at Intracon who worked with him. Each time I think about Joe I have to smile. He was a master storyteller, engaging teacher, technical mastermind, and amazing person. Joe was a person we all loved and respected. We truly feel the loss in our office and will miss feeling his influence.
We love you Joe!

To Joe's family,
I am truly saddened by the loss of one of our great pioneers. I head up our training strategy for the Americas and worked with Joe in both course development and delivery. He was an outstanding talent that loved to learn and then turnaround and teach others in a way that they would be valued and productive.
The best part was getting to know Joe personally at dinners after a long day of training. He loved his family, motorcycles, food and he was slyly funny.
I know we always wonder why the good ones have to go, but it is because God needs them at this time. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and May God Bless you always.
So sorry again. Take care and be blessed!

Dear Joe's family,
My thoughts have been with you this past month wishing you much love, support and strength.
I have worked almost daily with Joe for the past 4+ years, as he developed and delivered training for our team around the world. I along with so many were all very shocked and saddened by the news of Joe.
Joe was a rockstar – super smart, loved learning technology, loved working with people and delivering training – it really showed, he was passionate about ensuring his students learned and just lit-up in the classroom both in person and later as we moved to live video delivery. He was a fast talker naturally and the more he was passionate about a topic the faster he'd talk.
Beyond work, Joe talked often about his kids and family. So excited that they'd easily integrated into the schools in PA and loved to share proud family times - he loved you all very much!
I know the October family trip on the Disney cruise was a highlight and he shared with me it was something every family should do, that chance to unplug and just be together.
It is hard to understand why Joe has left us.
Let's celebrate and cherish the memories of Joe in the short time we had with him.
Sending you my deepest sympathy to all of Joe's family and friends as we grieve him.
Joe, you are missed sending prayers and energy as you begin your next journey – Godspeed!
