1980 - 2018
Cystic fibrosis is a grim reaper. Stealing away our beautiful daughter Kylee Marie Wornell at 1am June 27, 2018. She was the picture of health! Hiking the mountains, exercising, doing yoga and caring for her nephews. A virus attacked her CF lungs and it was over quickly.
KyLee attended Burley schools graduating 1998, A graduate of Boise State and George Fox University.
She was a gifted teacher working in the Caldwell district for 11 years.
Kylee loved horses and riding. She showed Appaloosas nationality and was a state rodeo champion. She was a world class skier. She loved to travel the world, visiting Europe, cruising the Mediterranean and enjoyed an extended stay in Roatan Honduras where her health thrived and she was able to teach English plus learn Spanish.
She was married to Helmut Roeschberger in 2004 They later divorced.but remained friends.
She is survived by her parents Jill and Paul Wornell Burley, sister Chelsey Wornell, Amanda Boise, brother Christopher Wornell, Laura Burley, brother in law Rick Bogue Boise Michael Wornell, Twin Falls Grandmother Betty Allred Burley.
Beloved nephews Gage, Weston, Levi, Whit Wornell, Josh Bogue.
Preceded in death by sisters Allison Wornell Allen and Tessa Wornell Bogue , grandfather Jack Allred.
A celebration of KyLees life will be held July 15 2018 at Camels Back Park. 1200 W Heron ST. Boise, Idaho, 6pm until sundown. Food and music will be provided.
In lieu of flowers you may contribute to a scholarship fund for future teachers established in KyLee's memory - PO box 910 Burley, Idaho 83318 attention Bright Day Fund.
