Dear Evans Family and Friends,
I was saddened to just learn of Lee's passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all. Like all of you, his big smile and contagious laughter will be forever in my heart.

Lee's family and sons - so sorry about Lee. I always enjoyed visiting with him every month about his labs - such a nice guy! My daughter passed a few months ago, and Lee was so caring in letting me know he felt bad for our family (he was also our neighbor). He tolerated me and all the diet guidelines for dialysis, but I know he had better things to do! I hope he is now getting to do all the things he loved to do, and not have to worry about all these silly healthcare 'rules.' Janine, dietitian at dialysis.
