I just found out tonight about Rick's passing and am just gutted by the news. We had the opportunity to partner in some pretty good doubles wins back in the day. I always admired his grit, tenacity and competitive spirit on the court. Prayers to his family, KayT and his boys. Your dad was one of the good ones, you will do well to emulate him and am confident you will make him proud.

Kind thoughts are with the Family at this very difficult time. May your precious memories bring you comfort, and God's promise at Jeremiah 29:11,12 will give you strength to endure.

As Rick's high school coach, I learned a lot about tennis from Rick. More importantly, I got to know a truly impressive young man who always embodied sportsmanship and represented his family, community and school with honor. I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Rick was a junior tennis player from Boise and we housed all the juniors in Pocatello for tennis tournaments.
He was always at our home and I enjoyed having him as one of my own.
His parents did an excellent job parenting that young man. He was always polite, caring, and we enjoyed his presence.
I am so sad for everyone but this is not our choice but a higher power. His legacy will live forever in our hearts.
