Roxanne...
It's hard to believe it's been 2 years. Every single day I wake & remember you are gone, and my heart breaks all over again. I miss your laugh, beautiful smile, your silliness, your strength, and grace. You brought so much joy & happiness to my life.
You were a gift, and I was so very blessed to have you as my best friend, my sister of the heart. I love and miss you...and with God's Grace, I will see you again.

There are no words to express my sympathy to Roxanne's family & friends for the loss of this beautiful, compassionate woman! I knew Roxanne as a friend & the HR Director at the Idaho Tax Commission. She got me through a traumatic time in my life & was always available to talk, stop by or text to say hi & see how things were going. I will always remember Roxanne as a classy, caring woman who was taken away far too soon! We were supposed to get together for lunch after she retired, but work & travel got in the way & we never did. I regret that! Call someone you've been meaning to get together with & go see them! Miss you Roxanne

Heaven gained an Angel. Roxanne was a shining light and a beautiful soul, inside and out. She never had an unkind word to say about anything. Her courage and kindness brought comfort to many. There will never be another "Rox" in my life, and I was truly blessed to call you my friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Roxanne was so special to me. She taught me the difference between work and home life balance, I truly learned so much from her and she was the person if I needed guidance I would go chat with her. I learned to be a better person because of her. My heart breaks for those she left behind. Roxanne's smile and compassion will be missed. My deepest condolences'. Miss you Roxanne

Hello. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked for the Idaho Tax Commission for 21yrs. Roxanne was my H.R. lady for quite a long time there and she was one of the nicest people I have ever met... so lovely; she was always asking me to send pictures of my daughter to her over the years; she was genuine and very kind to me and others, always. My heart goes out to you....

Roxanne was pretty special lady. May she rest in peace. She really helped me through my father´s passing in 2014. I would go over to her office at break just to chat. My father was a volunteer at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery and she always told me how great it was that he spent so much time there volunteering his services. He was there every day for several years for every burial or cremains handling.

Roxanne will be missed! She was a beautiful person with a heart of gold! She helped me both personally and professionally. She started me off on the certified public management program right before she retired. I graduated the program this year.
The picture below is from the race for the cure. Roxanne joined out team "Jeanine's Juggernauts" to support our fellow employees that have been affected by cancer. She was a light to many of us here at the Tax Commission.
Sincerely,
Leah Parsons
