Tom Young was 'family' to me. I looked forward to his newsletters, emails and phone calls since my dad passed away a few years ago. Tom & his beloved Mary were very close friends with my parents and I am blessed to have many precious memories and stories of him to fondly remember for the rest of my life.

I have known Tom for 6 years through my membership in the Meridian Church. I also learned more about him from the articles he wrote for the Church newsletter. He was a wonderful person in all respects and I will miss him not being in his usual seat on Sunday.
