Una Rose Obituary

Una Rose, 77, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at a local care center. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2006 at Meridians Chapel of the Chimes, Main & Carlton. Una was born Aug. 2, 1928 in Wallins Creek, Ky. to Amos Muncy and Rushie (Brock) Muncy. She moved to Meridian from Illinois to be with her family. She was a retired production metal worker. Una volunteered her time at St. Vincent DePaul´s and the Meridian Senior Citizen Center. She enjoyed playing Bunko with her friends. Una is survived by her daughters Glenda (Lawson) Casad of Meridian, Donna (Dan) Rose of Meridian, granddaughter Jaima (Steve) Clinge, grandsons Jeremy Clinge and Kyle Kreig, great-granddaughter Khare and sisters Joy and Violet. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
