Mrs. Bigler, Porky, Mary Ellen, Kathleen, Kevin, and Terry:

I was sadened to see Mr. Bigler's passing. He had a great influence on my life as a Coach. He taught me things while playing baseball I used all my life. One time, while I was catching, Mr. Bigler replaced a the Pitcher, and I looked over at him, and questioned him. He called time out, put me on the bench, and yelled at me, "don't ever question a coach!" I never every did again, and after 24 years of military service, never questioned an order I was given, even when I didn't like it...

A great man, a great coach, who taught me more then baseball.

Since moving back to Jackson in 2006, I always wanted to just stop by for a cup of coffee and just talk to my old coach, and say thanks!...I now regret I didn't!

Respectfully, Mike McKee
